Delete Points Command

The Delete Points command deletes the points in the track or shape's selection.

To delete points from a track on the map, do the following:

  1. View a map.
  2. Select a single track.
  3. Using the Select Tool, select a portion of the track.
  4. Then, do one of the following:
    • On the Tools menu, click Delete Points.
    • Right-click on the selected track, and click Delete Trackpoints.

To delete points from a shape on the map, do the following:

  1. View a map.
  2. Select a single shape.
  3. Using the Select Tool, select a portion of the shape.
  4. Then, do one of the following:
    • On the Tools menu, click Delete Points.
    • Right-click on the selected shape, and click Delete Points.
