The Find Notes command searches for and displays notes that meet the criteria you specify.
To search for notes:
- View the Note List.
- Then, do one of the following:
- On the , click .
- Press Ctrl+F.
The Find Notes dialog will appear. Enter your search criteria, and click to perform the search.
Notes which do not meet the search criteria will be hidden from the Note List and the Map views. They have not been deleted from the file, and will reappear as the result of another search or the Show All command.
