Print Preview Command (Map)

The Print Preview command shows a preview of how your map will appear on the printed page.

To preview a map before printing, do one of the following:

On the File menu, click Print Preview.
Click the Print Preview button on the main toolbar.
On the Map menu, click Show Print Map Window. On the Print Map dialog, click Preview.

The Print Preview dialog will appear. To print the map as it appears in the Preview window, click Print.
