The Show Print Map Window command shows or hides the Print Map window, which allows you to define a print area and preview the printed map before sending it to your printer.
To print the map, do the following:
- On the , click .
The Print Map window will appear. Click to send the map image to your printer.
After you are finished printing, do one of the following:
- On the , click .
- Click the close box on the Print Map window.
